El Club Always Ready fue fundado el 13 de abril de 1933 alrededor del monumento a Cristóbal Colón (El Prado) por un grupo de entusiastas muchachos con el compromiso de ser los futuros campeones del fútbol paceño. La entidad echó raíces en la zona de Miraflores.
